Paulo Samaniego-Rojas is a PhD student at the University of Málaga and a member of WOCLab – Wireless Optical Communications Laboratory.

His research activity is connected with wireless optical communications, with particular interest in experimental optical link validation, underwater optical wireless communications, channel emulation and real-time implementation of optical communication systems.

Within WOCLab, he contributes to experimental research activities involving optical wireless testbeds, laboratory channel characterization and the development of robust communication schemes for challenging propagation environments.
